Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels
- Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction
- Onsite support for major or critical problems
Requirements:
- Education: Technical University degree (electrical/power/electronics…etc.)
- Ability to cooperate and work with peoples from different cultures
- More than 1-year customer support experience
- You need to spoke at good level English and Czech / Slovakian because you will work abroad, in the countries mentioned above
- Good customer communication skills
- Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy
- Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus
