Material Laboratory Specialist (m/f/d)

• Preparation of samples (e.g. thermal spray coatings) and microscopic analysis for quality monitoring
• Maintenance and further development of methods in the laboratory
• Preparing and carrying out further laboratory tests, e.g. calorimetry, 3D damage measurement, evaluation of residues in the oil filter, hardness testing, titration
• Creating and continuously updating test instructions and process- related documents
• Careful care and maintenance of analysers and laboratory equipment
• Use of the relevant IT-supported tools in the laboratory to evaulate and summarise analysis results

• Completed at least 3 years of specialised vocational training, e.g. in the field of materials testing with several years of experience
• Confident handling of light microscopes and image processing systems
• High level of commitment, teamwork and communication skills
• Conscientious and goal- oriented way of working as well as good self-organization
• High degree of accuracy and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Basic knowledge of English
