Senior Manager IT Transformation Management (m/f/d)
The Senior Manager IT Transformation Management is responsible to operationalize transformation efforts resulting out of the Fresenius Kabi IT Operating Model.
He/she keeps track of the status quo of the IT organizational setup and acts as a facilitator and change agent across stakeholders to promote the targets and benefits of the ongoing transformation efforts.
The position owner will report to the Director IT Transformation Management.
Your assignments
- You will manage (cross-functional) transformative projects addressing Fresenius Kabi´s harmonization and further development of IT processes, IT sourcing and IT organizational setup, including central integrations, standard adoption and consistent ways of working
- You will manage project team members and internal stakeholders in the execution of own transformation projects
- You will oversee the portfolio of projects involving defined IT sub-organization
- You will be responsible in aligning transformation needs and requirements across relevant stakeholders within the IT and business organization
- You will collaborate closely with business support functions on operational level, mainly HR, Global Business Services and Global Procurement to promote shared objectives and implement/execute intersecting transformation projects jointly
- You have the chance to drive transformation adoption and structural standardizations across central and decentral IT functions considering industry trends, benchmarks and best practices
- You constantly create buy-in for globally led initiatives within the business and match transformation efforts as well as approach against business objectives
- You support the IT Leadership Team, including the CIO and Regional/Business Unit IT Leads, in top management alignments, including ownership for the creation C-Level-ready presentation materials
- You will constantly keeps yourself informed and updated about trends and best practices addressing transformation capabilities and IT operating models
You are willing to travel up to 40%
- You will lead and execute programs focused on turn-around and restructuring of IT services, projects and setups
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a higher education degree in the field of economics, computer science or business information technology and have familiarity in the IT environment, preferably in IT operating models and IT service management
- You bring a minimum of 4+ years of professional work experience in transformative projects including technology and digital deployments, target operating models and/or standardization projects, ideally within a multinational Matrix driven organisation in the life sciences, pharmaceutical sector
- You have at least 2+ years of professional experience in working with top management level stakeholders
- You have gained Certifications in project management and/or certification in ITIL is a plus
- You are able to navigate complex matrix organizations
- You bring (Project)Team management and stakeholder management skills
- You have excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking skills
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational concepts, program goals and objectives to the business, as well as other key stakeholders
- You are fluent in the English language (written & spoken)
- You have a strong service orientation coupled with business acumen
- You are able to work autonomous and you are solution-oriented at all times
- You have a very Team-oriented working behavior
