What you can expect
- You will support process improvement projects in Procurement and broader TechOps functions
- You will be in charge to set up and maintain a data base expansion for contracts
- You will be preparing working instructions, process review workshops and respective documentation
- You will support implementation of new software tool to track contract status
- You will support on communication with affiliates reflecting contract management.
- You will particpate in day-to-day business on project related topics
Who we are looking for
- You are current student, enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s program, with a focus on General Business, Economics with focus on Project Management
- You have a high desire to learn on the job and flexible on tasks assigned and familiarize quickly with new topics
- You have good knowledge of the MS Office package and affinity to quickly learn new tools
- You enjoy working with many interfaces and diverse teams
- You have very good German and English language skills
- You are familiar with SAP
- You are an excellent communicator who is able to support multiple projects in parallel on a global and multi-functional level #LI-MK1 #LI-HYBRID
