UX Consultant (m/w/d) – quantitativ - Großteil remote

Your tasks:

• Together with your UX team, you will lead projects to continuously increase the conversion rate and improve the user experience in an agile working environment.

• You mainly design quantitative user research methods (surveys, mouse tracking, A/B tests), but also support qualitative methods (usability tests, focus groups...).

• You are responsible for the implementation and evaluation of the methods including the development of recommendations for action based on the research results.

• You visualise and present the findings from the user research methods carried out.

• You actively contribute suggestions for the optimisation and further development of our customers' online shops (desktop, tablet, mobile, app).

• You will work closely with your team to further develop existing test approaches and methods.

What you bring along:

• Ideally, you have several years of experience in the fields of user research, usability and user experience .

• You have basic knowledge and practical experience in empirical user research .

• You work in an analytical and structured manner and are empathetic and customer-orientated .

• You love working with your team in an agile environment .

• You communicate well in German (C1) and English (B1) and have a high sense of responsibility.
