Your responsibilities
- You are part of the Automation team and take on diverse and challenging tasks in basic and detail engineering for electrolysis projects, especially for green hydrogen, Chlor-Alkali and HCl electrolysis technologies.
- Within the multidisciplinary team, your tasks include planning, technical procurement, and execution of control and safety systems as well as the final FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at the manufacturer workshop.
- Monitoring assembly and coordinating the commissioning of automation components and systems on construction sites worldwide are also part of your responsibilities.
- You negotiate with customers, suppliers and market partners within the scope of worldwide customer orders.
- You create technical documents using database-based IT tools and share your knowledge with your team colleagues.
- Additionally, you collaborate with our global subsidiaries (e.g., India, USA, Italy).
Your profile
- You have completed a state-certified training or a degree in electrical engineering, automation engineering or a related field.
- You have several years of professional experience in the field of process control technology, preferably in chemical plant construction.
- You take initiative in your work and always act responsibly and goal-oriented, quality of work is important to you.
- An independent and practical working style, teamwork and sociability round out your profile.
- Since our customer projects are international you bring along not only a willingness to travel worldwide but also good English skills (at least B2 level) both verbally and in writing.
- You have solid knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and proficient user skills with database-based planning tools such as COMOS.
- Thanks to your intercultural competence you work successfully with project team members from different cultures towards a common goal.
- Knowledge in Siemens PCS7 and cybersecurity is desirable.
