We are excited to announce an opportunity for a driven and analytical professional to join our team as a Data Analyst/Controller in Material Planning. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain operations by analyzing material requirements, forecasting inventory needs, and managing data integrity. You will work closely with procurement, production, and finance departments to ensure that material resources are effectively allocated, enhancing operational efficiencies and supporting strategic business objectives. Ideal candidates will bring robust analytical skills, experience in data management and material planning, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your responsibilities
- Support for the planning department
- Assistance and participation in planning projects
- Maintenance of KPIs and master data (dispositive master data)
- Monitoring of the BOM - change management (Bill of Material)
- Forecast/disposition/processing of external production
- Calculation of the safety stock
- Creation of reports for process visualization and improvement
- Key user for planning and evaluation tools (GIB, SCCT, IBP and Felios)
- Handling and processing of open preliminary planning
- Documentation of planning-relevant tools and processes
Your background
- Completed commercial or technical apprenticeship
- Several years of professional experience in production planning
- SAP experience and very good MS Office skills
- Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
- Solution-oriented, structured and communicative personality
- Initiative and hands-on mentality
