Global Process Expert and IT Business Partner in Quality and Complaint Management (m/f/d)
In our globally positioned Governance Team "Corporate Quality Complaint Processes," we are responsible for the development, standardization, compliance, and improvement of processes related to the handling of customer complaints. As a business partner, the goal of the role is the central management of current and future IT tools in complaint management.
Your tasks:
- Further development, coordination, and management of an international business partner network for IT tools in complaint management
- Active participation in the design and implementation of the customer complaint strategy
- Responsibility for the conception, communication, implementation, monitoring, and approval of IT tools within the customer complaint process
- Continuous improvement of existing and future complaint management tools and global rollout in close cooperation with regional business partners and IT
- Monitoring compliance of the defined global customer complaint process and co-responsibility for achieving process goals
- Planning and implementation of international projects and providing technical guidance to project team members
Your qualifications:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, process management, (IT)-Engineering, or equivalent qualification
- Experience with software tools and knowledge in the field of process management
- Affinity for working with IT tools, SAP experience advantageous
- Experience in the successful implementation of projects
- Very good German and fluent English language skills in both written and verbal communication
- Structured and reliable way of working
- Holistic thinking as well as good problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and presentation skills, high resilience
