Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt/Main, Munich or Hamburg.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth/optimization strategies for the product portfolio and initiate projects and marketing/commercial strategies
• Guarantee sales support with expert knowledge of the market, technologies, and products
• Define and decide product specifications, provide input to production changes
• Monitor and initiate development projects, provide input and support for CARs initiatives or Business Plans
• Drive necessary production capacity expansion requirements by correlating with projected demand
• Analyse sales, promote value based selling tools and installed market shares
• Develop product pricing together with the manager and sales teams

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Physics or Engineering or comparable degree and relevant market experience
• Several years of work experience in technical sales or operations or R&D within the chemical industry
• Solid technical background in polyolefin Z-N catalyst development, sales and/or technical service
• Basic knowledge in polymer analytic, polymerization technologies, competitors, and polyolefin market
• Fluency in English, German is advantageous
