Your Tasks
- Target Setting and Monitoring of MMS Group Loyalty Targets and Objectives
- Set and monitor MMS Group loyalty targets and objectives in collaboration with all countries, finance teams, and relevant stakeholders
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an international scale to gauge the effectiveness of loyalty programs
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of achievements, meticulously dissecting data to identify trends, areas of underachievement, and overachievement
- Generate actionable recommendations derived from in-depth analysis of KPI performance to drive improvements in loyalty program performance
- Collaborate closely with Country Managers to implement improvement measures, fostering cross-functional alignment and synergy across international markets
- Analytics Ownership and Gatekeeping
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of loyalty dashboards, ensuring they meet stakeholder requirements and are user-friendly
- Act as the primary gatekeeper (m/f/d) for all standard and ad hoc analyses originating from the international loyalty team to analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing analytical capabilities and driving continuous improvement in data-driven decision-making processes
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving actionable insights through data analytics
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including but not limited to SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions is a big plus
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
- Fluency in German as well as English
