Commercial Data Steward (d/f/m)

Your tasks:

• Create processes that allow employees to interact with the data, e.g., how to collect data, how to enter it into databases and how to share data.
• Create and enforce rules and regulations to make data usable to stakeholders.
• Maintain data and help remove duplication and imperfections.
• Monitor data usage to prevent breaches.
• Understanding which departments records data.
• Use feedback and questions to help create systems for maintaining high quality data.
• Make recommendations to management and provide them with information necessary to predict trends and make more informed decisions.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Business, IT, Computer Science).
• Developed understanding of database structures and proven experience working with data models and warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with the needs of each department within a company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets.
• Skills with programming languages is a plus.
• Strategic and analytic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Business acumen and an understanding of market dynamics.
• Very good knowledge of English required, knowledge of German would be an advantage.
