About the role
As a (senior) process engineer you will be in charge of the PECVD and furnace equipment in our Hamburg waferfab.
What you will do
- Control, qualification and release of new and existing processes
- Identification of preventive measures to ensure product quality and avoid serial defects
- Creation of quality documents (8D, 5Why, FMEA, QCM, Ishikawa diagrams, etc.)
- Processing of blocked WIP / non-conforming lots
- Planning and evaluation of new process steps and process transfer
- Co-responsible for the creation, maintenance and modification of work instructions
- Introduction of new processes for stable volume production on new and existing production lines
- Ongoing control of Statistical Process Control (SPC)
What you will need
- Minimum Masters degree in physics or comparable technical studies
- Several years of experience in semiconductor physics and semiconductor technology desirable
- Ideally 2+ years of professional experience as a process engineer or comparable position
- Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
- Good communication and presentation skills
- High ability to work in a team and social competence in dealing with many interfaces
- Hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for technology

- Übernahme, Qualifikation und Freigabe von neuen und bestehenden Prozessen
- Identifikation von präventiven Maßnahmen zur Absicherung der Produktqualität und Vermeidung von Serienfehlern

- Planung und Evaluierung neuer Prozessschritte und Prozesstransfer
- Mitverantwortlich für die Erstellung, Pflege und Änderung von Arbeitsanweisungen
- Einführung von neuen Prozessen für eine stabile Volumenproduktion auf neuen und vorhandenen Produktionsanlagen
- Laufende Kontrolle der Statistische Prozesskontrolle (SPC)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master) in Physik oder ein vergleichbares technisches Studium
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Halbleiterphysik und Halbleitertechnologie wünschenswert
- Idealerweise 2+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als Prozessingenieur oder vergleichbar Stellung
- Flieβende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Tools
- Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit vielen Schnittstellen
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und starke Technikaffinität
