• Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Develop, implement, and maintain IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access control across the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review processes to maintain the integrity of user identities and access privileges.
• Access Control: Configure and manage access control mechanisms such as role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and least privilege access principles.
• Single Sign-On (SSO) Integration: Integrate applications with SSO solutions to streamline authentication and improve user experience while maintaining security standards.
• Identity Federation: Implement and manage identity federation solutions to enable seamless and secure access to external systems and resources.
• Authentication Technologies: Evaluate, select, and implement authentication technologies such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), biometrics, and single sign-on protocols.
• Access Monitoring and Auditing: Monitor user access activities, conduct regular access audits, and generate reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Incident Response: Provide support for IAM-related security incidents, investigate security breaches, and implement remediation measures to mitigate risks.

• Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of system administration experience.
• IAM Proficiency : Deep understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices, along with hands-on experience with IAM solutions like EntraID, Okta, or OneLogin.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation, knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and experience with access control technologies, directory services, and cloud IAM platforms.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in troubleshooting complex IAM issues.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific IAM certifications are advantageous.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
