Responsibilities arrow_right
- You will be responsible for defining and improving standards for production processes and procedures, including specifications for production systems.
- You will ensure the successful industrialisation of production systems from concept creation through to handover to production.
- You will also support our customer teams in acquisition with the creation of production concepts and investment planning.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring the implementation of defined processes
- You will ensure the transfer of lessons learnt and know-how on a global level and carry out "technology audits" at our Air Springs production sites to implement defined standards
- Support process related VA/VE activities within production and global support of the process department for Air Springs production sites
- Conduct training within Process Engineering Assembly to ensure knowledge transfer
- Support and execution of P-FMEAs
- Use Six Sigma strategies for process optimisation and scrap reduction
Qualifications arrow_right
- You have completed technical training or a degree in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering
- You have several years of experience in quality, production, process, project management or comparable, ideally in the automotive industry and preferably abroad in the field of process or production technology
- Six Sigma training as a Green or Black Belt, VDA 6.3/6.5 training or equivalent knowledge
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- A careful and conscientious way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language such as Spanish or Chinese is an advantage
