In this role you will be responsible for delivering and to orchestrating the delivery of IS Service Line operations activities. You will coordinate and supervise internal and/or external 3rd party supplier resources for the effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.
Your responsibilities
- Is responsible for day-to-day execution of IS Domain service operation delivery, escalation, and relationship management.
- Is responsible in incident management for ensuring service restauration within agreed SLA, business impact analysis and prioritization.
- Provides leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion.
- Dedicate resources to monitor problem volumes, RCA quality and solution timeline and follow up on potential improvement opportunities.
- Maps business process demand to existing or new IS services providing and helping on the direction of new demands and projects in collaboration with IS Service Owners.
- Ensures IS Security of IT and OT production systems, continuous monitoring, and patching.
Your background
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT environment with experience in supporting operation, maintenance, implementation of applications as well as overall IT network management.
- Degree in any specialization with focus on IS/IT (Computer Science, Information technology/system, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering).
- Sound knowledge of operating systems, IS security and network technology required in industrial production factories.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to understand both IT and business point of view and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience.
- Very strong German language skills, fluently English spoken and written.
