You will experience
- An 18-month trainee program individually tailored to your profile
- Assignment to various challenging and international projects related to Finance/ Controlling
- Discovering areas close to the Finance/ Controlling departments, including one stay abroad

Your qualifications
- You have completed your Master's degree with focus on Finance/ Controlling with above-average results
- You can demonstrate initial practical experience through relevant internships, ideally in Finance/ Controlling
- You have at least three months of international experience and enjoy working with international interfaces
- You are fluent in German and English
- You convince through a holistic, entrepreneurial way of thinking and strong hands-on mentality
- You show strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- You bring a high level of initiative and a distinct change mindset
