For our client, an international manufacturer of adhesive solutions, we are looking for an SAP Ariba Specialist (f/m/d) to provide the following services:
Aufgaben
- Drive and coordinate improvements in SAP Ariba in close cooperation with internal IT.
- Assess and communicate the impact of changes on operations.
- Conduct testing and release processes for changes.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance procedures for new releases.
- Maintain and monitor configuration changes.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer and awareness measures to the operations team, the key user community and end users.
- Capture, classify, and prioritize incidents and disruptions.
- Track and monitor effectiveness of incident resolution.
- Provide technical support for catalog implementation and supplier network connection.
- Support global roll-out of Ariba with testing and trainings.
- Maintain documentation, manuals, and operation documents.
Qualifikationen
- Many years of experience with SAP Ariba
- In-depth knowledge of the implementation of test and release processes for changes.
- Purchasing experience is desirable
