WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Improve our product offering while coordinating development for e-mobility platforms with our Tier 1 customers and our factories worldwide (e.g. requirement and portfolio management, customer and market insights and analysis, product and pricing strategy)
- Lead global factories to be competitive in terms of quality, cost, delivery, service and technology
- Project planning including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverables etc.
- Track and monitor project execution to make sure the customer requirements are met
- Coordinate meetings and communication between customers and project team
- Inform customers and management about project status, schedule and key issues on regular basis
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Good technical understanding of power electronics and capacitors
- 2-5 years of experience in product management, project management or similar position
- Work experience in the automotive industry preferable
- Positive work attitude, commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Ability to work independently in a structured manner in an international business environment
- High level of ownership and leadership towards customers/projects
- Fluent in English, conversational in German
- Willingness to travel
- Driver’s license required
