Operational Assistant m/f/d 60-80%
FLYERALARM is one of the largest German e-commerce companies with offices in 12 countries and we are looking to strengthen our team in Amsterdam. We have been proving since 2002 that you can order print products smartly online. We offer more than 3 million products in our webshop, which we mainly carry out in an environmentally friendly way using the collective printing process. We print at our in-house locations in Germany - a hallmark of top quality.
As we are expanding our team in Amsterdam, we are looking for an operational assistant m/f/d for supporting our international management team in all operational matters. Someone who has a hands-on mentality to solve things. And if you find a better way to do something, share that immediately with your international colleagues. You will support our team in Amsterdam. Not only are you the right hand of the managing director, furthermore you help colleagues where help is needed with practical matters like organising our client event at Formula 1 in Zandvoort.
Your primary responsibilities are to:
- office management and support for the Dutch & international management and the sales and marketing team
- coordination of the travel management and managing expenses
- organizing and managing meetings, trips and events
- preparation and compilation of task lists and monthly reports
- daily interaction with internal and external customers
Your profile:
- successfully completed professional training in the commercial sector
- several years of working experience in a similar position
- experience in HR & payroll experience is a plus
- good information processing and preparation
- excellenct proficiency in spoken and written Dutch
- good command of spoken and written English, good command of spoken German is a major plus
- proficient in Microsoft Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint
- you consider yourself as a true team player and as an open and communicative person, coupled with a high degree of independence, reliability and an analytical insight
