Your role

Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and are you eager to understand and fulfill our clients’ needs? Do you enjoy applying design thinking methodology to solve complex Wealth Management problems?

• Partner with a Client Insights colleague to deeply understand our users, their jobs-to-be-done and problems using design research methodology
• Rapidly ideate and produce multiple solution concepts to these problems to get user feedback quickly
• Influence prioritization decisions, break down silos and connect the dots between digital product teams to bring a high-impact journey to life
• Work closely with product owners and business SMEs to understand business needs and the wealth management domain
• Work closely with engineers to deploy quality solutions in production and execute design work with a high level of polish
• Present your work effectively, and articulately communicate design rationale to stakeholders

Your team

You'll be joining our Global Wealth Management (GWM) Insights & Experience team, located across Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore.

We represent the voice of GWM clients and advisors through deep understanding of their jobs-to-be-done. We combine this with knowledge of UBS GWM products and offerings to design delightful solutions for our clients and advisors.

As an experience designer, you'll play an important role in helping product crews design digital solutions iteratively and working with technology teams to implement them.

Your expertise

• 4+ years of experience in crafting journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that bring an experience to life quickly and iteratively
• Proven track record of using design methods to understand users' problems and working with business stakeholders and engineers to create solutions to these problems
• Expertise in core design skills including the creation of intuitive interaction models, information architecture, user flows, pattern guide
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools including (e.g. Figma) with interest in exploring new tools and processes
• Strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation
• Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently (unsupervised) as an active member of an Agile/Scrum team
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
